Pets requiring special attention need special people to care for them in their homes
until they are ready for adoption. We always have orphaned kittens, mother cats with
kittens and shy dogs that need a loving foster home. Fostering can last a few weeks to
several months.
Since many of the animals we place in foster homes have a special need and therefore
require special attention, we want to be sure they are being placed in a home where
their needs will be met. We also want to make sure it's a good fit for the family as well
as the animal.
In an effort to make the best match possible, we do require that prospective foster
parents fill out a foster home application.
