  • Download, print and complete a “Pooch” Pass Application (keep a copy for your
    files as well).
  • Attach a copy of up-to-date shot records from your vet to the Pooch Pass
    application.
  • Download, print and read a copy of the Pooch Park Rules (keep one copy for
    yourself as well).
  • Download, print and sign the Release and Liability Form (keep one copy for
    yourself as well).
  • Bring all three forms, along with your membership fee to a Pooch Park
    Orientation. All orientations are held the second Saturday of every month from
    9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.

Once you have filled out and submitted the forms, attended an orientation and paid
your membership fee, you will access to the park with your 6 digit code.
You must
attend an orientation in order to complete the membership process.

Orientations will be held on the following days:

  • Saturday, February 13th, 27th
  • Saturday, March 13th, 27th
  • Saturday, April 10th, 24th
  • Saturday, May 8th, 22nd
  • Saturday, June 12th, 26th
  • Saturday, July 10th, 24th
  • Saturday, August 14th, 28th
  • Saturday, September 11th, 25th
  • Saturday, October 9th, 23rd
  • Saturday, November 13th, 27th
  • Saturday, December 11th
