Dog Walk-a-Thon & Festival

Put on your walking shoes and help raise funds and awareness for Moore Humane Society at the 3rd Annual
Walking and Wagging Dog Walk-a-Thon!

In addition to the Walk, there will be music, food, pick-a-prize auction, activities for kids and more!

Music will be provided by Bob Liddell, Joey Smith and Marcus Womack of Burnt Toast! For more information

Walk Information
The registration fee is $15 per walker and walkers may walk up to two dogs. The first 100 registered walkers
will receive a tote bag filled with donated items. Children under 18 are free with a paying adult.

Is there a group of you? If so, consider forming a Dog Pack! Each member of the Dog Pack receives a $5.00
discount on their registration fee, their very own web page on Moore Humane Society’s website and more!

More of a cat person? You can still participate by walking in honor of your feline friend. Honorary felines will be
announced on stage before the Walk starts. Please be sure to include the cat's name on the registration form.

How to Get Started

Download and print the Walker Registration Form
Visit www.firstgiving.com/30002 to create your own fundraising page. You can personalize it with your
own story, photos, and more!
Mail your completed registration form to the address below. You can also bring it with you to the event
but please note that the first 100 registered walkers will receive a free tote bag filled with goodies!

Dog Contests
We will have two dog contests - Best Dressed and Best Talent. We will award prizes to the top two winners in
each category. You may sign up before the event by filling out the form below or signing up the day of the
event.

Other Ways to Participate
In addition to walkers, we also need, corporate sponsors and goody bag donors. For more information, please
contact us or print our Corporate Sponsorship Form.

If you are not able to attend, but would still like to support the event, please consider making a donation.
